Since graduating with a Sound Design degree from the prestigious Columbia Film School in Chicago, Alden has lent his unique aural expertise to productions in formats ranging from 16mm, to 35mm to High Definition. His inventive sound design work has earned him a reputation as a rising star in the field, known both for his pragmatic, hands-on approach to his craft and the high standards to which he measures his finished product. Alden’s knowledge has recently been sought after by academic institutions like The Film School at Scottsdale College, where he has given lectures and served as an instructor.
